Looks like Toyota had improved the connectivity of the fog light bulb design as my 2004 Sienna still uses the little flat H3 bulbs that requires the removal of the entire bottom cover to remove the fog light assembly to replace the bulbs since twisting the rear cap only removes the cover and the opening would be too hard for two hands to disconnect and reconnect the power wire of the H3 bulb before needing to removing the spring loaded cutter pin than the bulb. Took me over 2 hours just to change the halogen bulbs to yellow LED bulbs yesterday under a well rustproofed greasy Sienna.
