The thing is our brain and body fires chemicals during that critical state that one finds it extremely difficult to think logical thoughts, psychological even Spiritually. But I do get your message. Thanks for sharing.
Best we can do is take advantage of the moments of relief to "tread the flames" and potentially make it easier to get through future moments or times of hell, when possible.

Still keeping the watch for you Douglas. If you need time to heal more that is God's will for you. You have been strong and can be strong again. Never doubt His purpose for your life. He will reveal it when you put your full trust in Him to make you whole again.

another week gone by, tempus IS REALLY fugit after all. as for those jumping people from the burning highrise.....remember 9/11...the jumpers. the perfect if somewhat cynical example. these people were in such shock and terror, they believed its safer to jump, i presume. heres a more abstract pun, you gotta use your FANTASY for this: if you place a mars bar in front of you and a milky way bar a bit further away, what do you do? well - youre looking at the milky way from mars! i hope you still keep walking on through that hell, doug!
