Another dose of weekly highlights, this time featuring a Flashbang play so powerful it bent the rules of reality. And some other less miraculous moments, I guess. Edited by: / simpingforotz Outro song: / its-all-a-dream
it's because a lot of the collision is generated around the model using AI, then they clean it up afterwards. If models are "hand crafted", the modelers tend not to create the gaps unless they're huge because it would be a lot of work. This is also why sometimes after an update the collision on certain objects breaks, holes have invisible floors over them etc. because the AI gets things wrong and thinks there should be collision there.
Eh, for more casual games like COD that would be immensely annoying. Imagine someone finding the tiniest hole between objects and just laying in a corner and shooting people from somewhere they practically can’t be hit.
@@unrelated69420 well the difference between this and R6 Bullet hole peeking is that with bullet hole peeking, you can still shoot whoever peeking if they are shooting from a hole in a soft surface. In Cod, if you found a hole in collision in what should be an invisible barrier, you can see and shoot at them while reducing you damage bleach hitbox to the size of the hole you are shooting from.
Dead by daylight as deathslinger: Can shoot through the smallest of holes with ease because of hitboxes. Dead by daylight as huntress: Can’t safely toss an axe above a bush also because of hitboxes.
I bought dark void once as well, and an medkit that was bugged somehow. Idk how that happens but it's interesting and fun to see, pretty sure I have saved it somewhere in my screenshots on steam
4:45 it just clicked to me that the reason they dont fail the skillcheck is because another survivor brought the perk that turns failed skillchecks into good ones.
7:51 I'm still mad about the fact that zombies can still bodyblock survivors AFTER THEY HIT THE SURVIVOR. I just found out about it recently, i was injured but not infected and i was running from Nemesis and looping him at the RPD when suddenly *a freaking zombie appeared in the middle of the doorway i was gonna go through and hit me, after it hit me it CONTINUED TO BODYBLOCK THE WAY and then when i tried to turn to another way nemesis hit me with the tentacle.* I couldn't believe such bullshit The survivor or zombie should become intangible after a hit.
I felt the pain of 5:58 survivors always get the most cracked angles on me doing shit like this or through a tiny 1 pixel hole in shack meanwhile anytime I try, I just get these situations or it's not enough
6:11 OH MY GOD i found that on my bloodweb a few days ago! I was shocked :') This is so weird 😂 well at least i have dark matter now, i just need to know how to use it ingame
Flashbang Sabo is my standard build nowadays, Bond is also a great addition. I get value from them pretty much every game(and often tunneled for it. New Sabo buff is welcomed
Nurse....Ormond... Last 2 suvivors in trial, 1 is hooked, i am injured. I unhook the survivor..... Nurse charges blink.... Nurse disappears, i drop flashbang, she gets "Killer Burn" and interrupted the blink. We both dab out the exit gates.
