Flat purchasing in Pune is nightmare... Flat cost are already high.. infra is always an issue irrespective project and legacy of developer, fear of delayed possession ... And when we start living , there are issues like tanker , high density population, maintenance of amenities etc ... Kare toh kya kare ...

@@sanskrithindi-l9h You’re comparing Tier-3 city with Tier-1 city like Pune. It’s easy to buy plots in small cities. Purchasing plots in big cities is not only costly but also risky due to various reasons mentioned by Saudaghar.
Pcmc ka pani hai bol ke builder bach deta hai flat. Par pcmc ko nahi malum ki dharan main pani satha hai kitna. Aur pura city ko pani de paayenge kya? 😁

Just a request, Could you please review Pinnacle Neelanchal phase 2 Work progress and it seems very slow and all buyers are in serious trouble as builder keep on delaying position date. And dishonoured there own commitment everytime. Also they are not updating proper details on reara. Agreement Possession date was from DEC22 to DEC23, however in rera it shows DEC26. Could you please advice what should we do?

Hi Sir, Planning to buy a flat in hinjewadi area for myself. Have visited kasturi apostrophe in phase 3. It is on MIDC lease land with carpet size of 709 sq. Ft & costing around 77.5 lakh. Could you please help & provide ur view whether it is a good deal also they are providing semi furnished apartments. So how is kasturi developers their past project reviews & is it a good deal to go ahead if not what can be done or negotiations till what pricing

That was specifically for the customers purchased during covid time. I have also purchased plot there so I know them well. I suggest Visits once then you will realise.
Best solution avoid under construction project or property… Ready to move will give you more freedom but until everyone start doing this change wont happen
Rather Rera should make rule where developer can sell only ready to move flats ... Just like every other product .. only finish product which user can test and check should be in market
@@rocket.Singh. Where do you think the builders will get money to build the flats then ??? The demand for buying flats will become too high and the availability of such ready to move flats will be too less.The flat that costs you 1cr today will cost you around 3-4 cr. Its simple economics.Also flat is not like biscuit or mixture on the shelf of a supermarket, its a completely different logic when it comes to real estate.
@@rocket.Singh. This will lead to low supply in market and property prices will boom like anything. Bangalore and Hyderabad is classic example of demand and supply mismatch. Pune’s property prices are still affordable as Compared to other IT hubs. And it’s only because of sufficient or sometimes even over supply of flats in Pune.
@@dudechany Absolutely correct. Infact Pune has oversupply of under construction properties in some localities which is actually beneficial for end users. Because of this end users can actually hoppin and negotiate with builders.
