You should work with the developers of the 'Crew Chief' app and get your instructions added to their program somehow. Would be amazing to have a virtual you giving directions in the sim world.

I destroyed both wastegates on Circuit Zolder in my 1M in less than 3 laps... . Luckily all was fixed under warranty but I can assure you when you want to track it seriously there are two mayor upgrades you need. Extra cooling! and Big Brake kit. My original disks back in the day where warped at the NS.
They're just far too expensive for a bottom of the barrel model. You literally cannot get a lower model m car. They've got to be out of their minds charging $50k-60k for that car. (The one in the video has the Schirmer package, which was probably another $30k. So you're getting you around 6-figures plus.) Spend the extra $10k-15k and get an M3 or M4. Or, if you're really looking for a track car, which most 1Ms will only see minimal track usage anyways, buy a 3 series and put $20k worth of mods into it. The 1m is kind of a joke. You can tell when someone has more money than brains. Or, in the case of the 1m, no money nor brains, as the people who buy them usually can't afford them.

If you mean that its not a 'proper' M car then maybe so but each and every review I've seen on it has been epic, not sure where you are from but in the U.K I've seen quite a few on track, in the dry and wet, one of the highlights being Oulton Park, winter, piss wet through circuit, standing water, still showering at watching it dancing around was awesome
@ND7800 really can't get on with the current/new m4, just looks to big, sounds awful, not a huge fan of the most of the modern range tbh, M5 and 7 series and m2 are the exception 🤓
Really excited to see that I drive alomst the exact same line as you, but just by trying and teaching myself 😄 but would be really interesting to do a lap with you and an instruction lap after that to really see if there are big differences. Cause I could spot any in here 😉
I have a Valencia Orange 1M! I don't track it anymore. It just sits in storage and I drive it once a month in the canyons :/ SOO much info from you on this lap!

Has anyone struggled keeping up with your instructions? I think Sam from Seen Through Glass did. I would too. I just don't have that attention span. Maybe then and there you are in the zone and the immediate information coming your way is all you need. Still amazes me how you do that but then again you have done countless laps, even blindfolded. I see i am asking and answering the questions myself. There is that.
