My older brother loves these types of hats.You made this seem doable I smell a DIY gift! I have the perfect fabric for it,but I wish I had got started with this sooner so it could be a Christmas gift.I know he'll love it.

I would recommend using a proper hand sewing technique. With those kind of stitches the piece won't last long. A wider seam allowance would also be usefull to avoid fraying.

Thanks 👍 tried myself as your pattern and measurement but it became so small in size Whole round measurement only 10.5" only! It would better if u put size as well 😉
