Love the naan bread for pizzas, but get the garlic infused. Takes it to another level. I’ve been making naan pizzas on my Webber Genesis grill but just purchased a black stone. Gonna try it this weekend. Thanks for the video!

Sorry but that rack got to go. try cooking on the Griddle on low with the lid on not steaming that way takes too long, steam escaping. I use separate round lids so no steam escapes, just saying
No need for the rack. Making pizza on the Blackstone since 2011. Ours had no lid. Worked great! Got the new lidded Blackstone with the air fryer's. I'm loving it!
Well yeah it might be easier, but where is the fun in that, plus a lot of Blackstone owners us them for camping and such and an oven is not an option. That is what makes it fun is to try new things in ways that are different than the conventional way. As far as the cheese, if you want it melted more, just leave it on longer.
