Night fishing for flathead catfish in the late summer. As air temps cool the water follows suit pressing these fish to feed before winter. Late evening and early morning can be the hot bite for cats. I was rigged up with a Piscifun Flame 4000 on a Rippin Lips medium action spinning rod. This combo was deadly baited with creek chubs on Mad Catter 8.8/0 hooks.
