What a day for Fishing Flatead Lake for Lake Trout!! Big Thanks to Captain Mikes fish n' fun, Fish Fam TV, and Poserdave Outdoors. (Links Below) Even with terrible weather and rough water Mike Jousma and Chris Prichard were able to get us on some nice Lakers. They knew what they were doing and were great fun to just hang around with.
Also, a big shout out to our newest friends Brandon Teters of Fish Fam TV and Dave Jacobs of Poserdave Outdoors. These two dudes are great guys and a lot of fun. #flatheadlaketroutfishing

What is the slot limit now? Seems like the limit used to be 5 fish.. Release all from 26 to 32 inches and only 2 over 32 inches

100 daily and in possession. 1 over 36”. And release everything from 30” to 36”. This is for Lake Trout in Flathead Lake North of the reservation.

Make sure to re check in March. That’s the beginning of the new season. Good chance it could change.

@@ReelMontana thanks. I love this area of Montana. We would make this trip annually around the 1st of June. grear memories with my dad. We would fish a lot at Clark Canyon (closer for us from SE Idaho.

Why would they have a slot limit THAT PROTECTS THE BEST SPAWNERS!!?? Aren't they trying to get rid of them? NOPE! THEY ARE RIDING THE FENCE. TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE WITH MONEY.
