1. Ported new camera angles from the Bugbear Retro Cars File Mod

3. All alpha channels on the car skins now show a 1 to 1 representation of the car when seen in different lighting conditions

8. Revamped Handicap for faster and better Ai
9. Upscaled HUD and Menus
10. Upscaled the shared textures between the cars and the windows are now no longer dirty
