Ported some driver texture mods for FlatOut 2 from a Russian FlatOut 2 modding site called flatout.ucoz.ru. Upscaled the textures from 512x256 to 1024x512 and allow support for both FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage and FlatOut 2 without graphical issues.

The video will also show what happens when you remove the handicap or rubber banding in the Ai drivers.

and if you can port the wheels from fouc to fo2

It's not possible to port over the wheels from FOUC into FO2 directly. You would have to port them over from a 3d application like Blender and export it into the format that FO2 allows.
