1. Clean up your diet. 2. Workout (slow)exercise 3-5 times a week 3. Avoid foods that cause bloating 4. Eat foods high in fiber 5. No sodas 6. Limit sodium. No processed foods.

Hello. Yes when working out your root will get sweat out a bit. I usually wrap my hair for my workouts and if needed apply edge control along my hairline. The wrap helps maintains the style. 💗

I’ve always found under armor sports bras to be the ones that worked best for me as far as comfort, holding me in place during cardio (jumping rope), and not giving me a uni boob lol

Hello. Yes. Beginners to intermittent fasting should start with an 8 hour eating window. So 9-5 is perfect. Nothing after 5pm excepts water or black coffee. I only eat during a 4 hour eating window now for weight maintenance.
