what would you recommend to overcome eating addiction? i lost 12 pounds by going low carb since April. I could have lost more weight in 5 months if i didnt overeat some days or weeks. I will say low carb helps me not binge and makes me less hungry. But If i accept like a cookie offer or high carb offer at work or church i find myself back to overeating until i decided to get back on track. I dont know how sustainable low carb would be long term so i would like to know your input on this.

I eat the same food and walk 10000 steps went from 340 to 295 in 7 months still losing but havent done nothing extra except walking 10000 steps daily. I could lose more quicker but low calorie diets are just not sustainable. I lost 100lbs eating very low calories and gain it all back and more. I was always hungry. Now I feel much better

I throw in a 36 hour fast once a week and intermittent fasting the rest of the week. I tried ADF but haven’t been feeding my body correctly to do that. I’m building up to ensure I eat Whole Foods and get all my nutrients so I can do ADF. So far i lost 5 lbs last month with IF.

⭐️This is a great tip. I like the powder version of glucomannan. There have been reports of the pill expanding in the esophagus on the way down and causing some choking. But the powder is safer since it expands when you mix with water or whichever liquid you choose. So it gets "pre expanded" into a gel like form. It serves the same purpose though. I mix mine with crystal light packet to deal with the odd taste. The feel is a little weird swallowing it, but I'll take that instead of risking choking anyday .... Keep up the great content- you've helped me alot 💯💯

People over 60 shouldn't take this as glucomanine can cause glaucoma..

Hello. This is incorrect. There is no evidence that shows glucomannan causes glaucoma.

Glucomannan - drink 2 with a full glass of water; 30 minutes before your meal OMAD - one meal a day Ashwaghanda gummies - lowers cortisol; stress keeps body in weight "keeping" mode (KSM meaning its only from the root)

Diet is 80% key You’re absolutely right. I lost 77lbs in 30 days eating organic fruit and vegetables in smoothie format with lots of SeaMoss gel, along with a 16/8 intermittent fast. Oh and I was 254lbs to begin with. Genetics is no excuse

Long fast is not needed nor all that exercises is needed. You can walk a steep hill and walk at least 3 to 6 miles a day and weight training twice a week. How I am doing it, I stay in ketosis until 11 am and ear low fat diet and bob harpers super carb diet. I am losing at least 5 lbs a week, I am 70 lbs down. I eat ice cream twice a week to not deprive myself. If you eat pizza or fast food it should be if you went almost all day without eating like we did in the 90s.

Glucomannan is dietary fiber (derived from plants) … $12 a bottle. No need to stop. Even if you do you and replace with fiber in your diet ( from food/vegetables). So the weight shouldn’t coming back. It certainly didn’t for me. It’s simple to tool to help people stay fuller longer. Thank you for watching.

What do you recommend as your first meal? I read that you should start with a lean protein source only as a way to prep your stomach for the intake of food that is heading its way.

You were dropping some good knowledge 👌🏿 The Cap wasn't at all necessary tho. It's insincere to say, "Anybody can have whatever body they want despite generics." No Ma'am, anyone can lose weight regardless of generics, and I wanna believe that's what you meant. You seem to be more about relaxed and realistic approaches to weight loss.... That said everyone won't get an hourglass figure under this approach. Sculpting takes a lot of work and selective eating even then you aren't getting a 12 inch booty if being bottom heavy isn't already in your generic make up. That's what ppl usually mean when they talk about weight loss in connection with generics.

Hello. thank you for watching! It’s seems you and I simply have different opinions in the matter. I said… and meant…. “Anybody, can have any BODY they want”. Obviously your genetics is going to determine how naturally shapely or curvaceous you are. However you can certainly build your desired shape through weight training and muscle development. Genetics will play a part in how quickly you’re able to develop muscle…. But as you said, with time and consistency/ dedication, it can be done. (Obviously I’m talking about natural bodies. My channel is about Weightloss and health. I think most people understood I wasn’t referring to the bbl body 😆)

Your metabolism slows down because you yourself are smaller. A bigger person actually normally has a faster metabolism than a skinny one because it takes more work to move a bigger person.

Hello. Thank you for watching! If you are doing OMAD you are only eating One Meal A Day. If you want to eat 3 meals you simply need to determine your fasting time and you eating time. Example being 16:8 …. 16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating.
