Pre-roasted flour-oil mixture is slowly poured into sugary water, which is ready on low heat. Mixing starts right after. The mixing process can take from half an hour to an hour depending on the amount of the mixture. At this time, milk is added to the mixture. The mixing process ends when the mixture hardens and turns black. Pre-roasted peanuts are added to halva. While mixing the flour halva, care should be taken to use a wooden spoon. Because the wooden spoon does not scratch the pot used.
After the mixing process, the halva taken from the stove is left to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. Flour halva cannot be eaten hot, halva that has reached room temperature or has been cooled in the refrigerator is ideal. The cooled halva is served on plates. During the service, cold sherbet is also served to facilitate digestion.
