I couldn't find a simple makeup look for me (I'm 15) that didn't involve foundation because I don't need that much makeup, but I definitly have to use concealer. I'm going to go out to ulta and buy this BB cream and concealer right now! I love you Kandee, and keep makeing amazing videos!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH KANDEE for introducing me to the L'oreal BB cream! It's properly named bc it is like MAGIC. I have super oily, sensitive skin with red sections and it smoothes everything out while having the lightest feeling I've ever felt using makeup. I hope they never stop making this golden stuff!
I'm struggling with acne, for years! I definitely need help. I go back and forth from drug store brands to high end, nothing really works. I've been trying to find a good face wash and moisturizer as well, along with eye cream. But I want HEALTHY. It's so hard to find healthy products that do the job, and take care of your skin. What do you think?
I know it seems hopeless, trust me I struggled for years. Perhaps try the pill (changes the hormone imbalance) and I uses Alpha H with the salysilic acid. It clears and disinfects the skin. Took about 2 months to completely clear it though.
Winona Armstrong It's because of your hormones, just keep washing your face with stuff that isnt for acne and eat a good diet and it'll go away in a year or so. I had mine through 5th grade to freshman year, then it disappeared and I did nothing special except for keep my same rutine throughout the ear. I know it sucks, but it wont be there forever. Embrace your differences, who cares if they have clear faces because as soon as they get out of high school / college they will all have skin problems at least once. :P You're no different and it's not your fault. If you wear make up, try light stuff (I suggest Bare minerals, its expensive but life changing!!!!!) And find a good make up remover and wash your face 2 times when washing off make up. And DO NOT pop or pick your pimples. At all! No matter how nasty it looks. It will do you good in later weeks. Popping lets bacterial go into your pores and makes it worse and more red. It'll be hard at first, but you'll get use to it and you'll be glad you didnt pop them. Goodluck, you'll live through it :).
I had a lot of hyper pigmentation but I used benzoyl peroxide for my seriously awful skin huge volcanos on every millimeter of my face no joke and it left marks. Luckily it's a catalyst for sloughing off skin and kills the acne p. Bacteria so I highly recommend it in the 2.5% anything higher and your skin eill be irritated :)
Thus video changed my life literally like how I look, I spent a whole night searching for looks to look natural and pretty thank you so so so so much. Also your teeth whitening video made my teeth so beautiful, it's changed my teeth and I feel confident now because I have a natural but nice face with nice teeth. Thanks kandee

I know this is a really old video, but this helped a lot! I notice girls at school that just pile on powder and concealer and don't even blend it in. It all looks splotchy, dry, and just caked on. I don't want my makeup looking like I use too much like them to where it's very noticable, but to where it covers up my redness and the basics in a more natural way. You're my favorite makeup artist. Just your personality and so bright and colorful that it reminds me of myself. Your videos always help and I will forever be a fan. You are also a huge inspiration to making me want to be a makeup artist even more. I'm still deciding on my career choices because some say I have a gift of writing so I should be an author, other times I will think of so many other things that I want to be but I change interests sometimes. But hey, if I'm a makeup artist, I could always be both that and an author. Some people are both so yay!

This is pretty much how i do my foundation everyday fir work . I use the revllin hd bb cream, then revlon hd concealor and sometimes i put powder foundation over it. I also put eyeliner, blush and mascara. Its super quick and easy when your on the run
Yes! I do that all the time if I need a little more coverage. I usually a BB Cream all over my face and blend foundations along my cheeks, just to cover up some problem areas.
I always saw my face get worse when I used foundations and bb creams. They covered everything up, but in the end they left my skin looking red, and I used to get pimples occasionally. I switched to using a gentle cleanser and cream, and that's all it took to make my skin healthy and blemish free again. However, I did use some bio oil and salicylic based products in the middle to get it to become alright, but nothing fancy.

I know this is an old video, but i honestly just wanted to thank you. I have red blotchy uneven dry skin, and I've been using your lemon sugar scrub for a lil over a year now and it's amazing, but after watching this video i ran to cvs and got the BB cream. Omg it was amazing, I used to have to cake and layer on tops of foundation to cover up my face, but just used the BB cream and boom that's all i needed. Ty sooo soo much for suggesting it. i love you =)
Putting concealer on your lips help keep lipstick on for longer and if your lips are different colours it helps when you use lipstick, one lip being a different shade from the other.
Savannah- as Kandee says at the beginning, this makeup application won't cover all of her skin flaws because she isn't a teenager anymore. It's common as women get older, to get a orange/brown ring around the mouth. It comes with pregnancy and/or the use of the birth control pill, which mimics pregnancy hormones in the body.
