The Antique Hollow Auger Tenon Cutter looks like they get some pretty good money for. Nice haul. The saw handle will drink some linseed oil.

It looks like an "E.C. Stearns & Co." 3/8" to 1" tenon cutter.

1:17 How do you determine it is a rip saw? My first thought would be fine teeth = cross cut saw.

I look at the shape of the teeth. These appear to have almost no rake and no fleam - the teeth appear to be square cut. So I thought rip. But later when my brain engaged a little the fine teeth got me thinking. I made an update video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yD1J1yicaMA.html.
