I hit the Market in search of anything I can find, and I bought a SHOTGUN! PRIVATE SALES OF GUNS ARE LEGAL Track: "Chills", Ponder Music provided by slip.stream Free Download / Stream: get.slip.strea... Listen on Spotify: go-stream.li
You are so right except the fact that hand guns require a back ground check and a transfer the pistol. Long guns - guns with a barrel longer than 16" - do not require a transfer. Legally they cannot sell the pistol that way.
@@stephen6640 All firearms purchased through a FFL(federal Firearms license) require a A federal background check! Not sure What you’re Talking about with a “transfer” never had to do extra paperwork for a handgun
For the life of me I can't understand why anyone would give up their rights or their guns, especially with the history of what has happened to people that have.
@@williegilligan2661 easy , the Government make a Law , that you have to hand in all your weapons and the Police enforce the law . You can't even appeal this action for a period of 5 years . The US have a 2nd amendment right to have , hold , carry own etc , but Australia , sadly has no such law ..It is a privilege in Aust to own a weapon , so they can just take them ..
Everything totally effed up in Canada now too. But like Mr. Luty showed in the UK, making an open bolt fullauto with stuff from their version of home Depot wasnt too hard. He didn't even need a lathe. Turdo can take our guns but he can't stop us from simply making another. But, destroying the culture makes us weaker and weaker as a people and country as a whole. You think Canada can raise an army like it did in WW1 and WW2? The lads live in mum's basement thinking playing video games will make them a warrior. Never camped out or gone on a day hike once, ever. They think it's a Lee and Field 303mm.
You'd be surprised what someone can find sometimes. I've bought firearms outside of malls, parking lots, trunks, garage sales. Usually elder people selling off their items so the family don't fight over the estate.
Thats how i came into possession of my nicer rifles/pistols. The elders knew their families would rip eachother apart or become greedy, its sometimes easier to just sell it yourself and split cash vs going through estate route.
@@AKGuru4774And of course, there are family members that have no business of having a firearm, many have no experience behind a High-power rifle. Plus, do they really deserve to get your hard earned possessions for "Free" ??? I don't think so😮..
You bought the M1A1 then. The one in the video is the M1928. The M1928 takes drum magazines because it's the civilian/police model which was more expensive, the military didn't want to use drums because they're not as reliable as a stick magazine so they adopted the M1A1.
My old man has half a dozen 38 Special he's into revolvers. He bought and sold a lot of them for one reason. They can lock up right as you put it. Still shave lead like hell. They can be fixed but it's not recommended so when that happens my dad just resells them. You need to go through every cylinder and actually fire a round out of each cylinder at least wants to see if anything's picking up on the inside of the revolver lead wise. Otherwise you can have a revolver with all cylinders that work great or some of them that work great my dad has a couple like that but he just loves that he won't sell that are rare. Food For Thought enjoyed the video keep them up have a great day🎉
Dang dude, your videos are always so fun! Another great one for sure. I think I might have been walking away with that pearl handled Rossi. She was a beaut! Love it that you added you shooting the gun you bought at the end
Bro! I wish I would've got that rossi after I was editing. What was wrong with me to not offer 250 😂. There was some cool guns there this time! I just got back from a weekend of camping at another cool market, I'm pooped but it was worth it! 🔥. Thanks for coming along Mr Shadow! ✌️
First time I’ve seen a fox at a flea market, Hope the little fella found a good home, Like that head dress, my buddy bought one at the Cherokee Indian reservation years ago that was really cool, nice score on the shotgun, nice negotiating skills, he wouldn’t gonna let that hundo walk away lol, good man thinking of granny, great video Patrick, God Bless & GL&HH!!!
@@kevinkline6835 thanks Kevin, I appreciate that, we’re good, I hope you are as well, I went on an adventure today, caught a few fish, found a couple of points and cut from head to to toe from briar patches lol but it was fun, I’ll try to upload a video in the next few days, have a blessed weekend Kevin!!!
That fox was a cool little fella! I wanted him bad! 😂👌. And I've scored so many deals by setting it down and walking away, I was going to give him the 110 he wanted but I called his bluff before he called mine! 😂. Thanks for watching man! 🔥
Dude wish you wouldn’t post this all over the inter web ……I love flea markets for that reason but you keep posting how easy it is and the government will be putting a stop to that too ….great content just saying I love going to them just for that reason lol
Damn, I can't hardly imagine that, I grew up hunting and shooting, buying and selling guns. Everyone I know has gun's, well good luck across the pond !!!
Yes unfortunately our government are very repressive, dont laugh to loudly, even if there is a whisper of a firearm, they will get armed police, helicopters, cordon off streets a mile away, evacuate people, the list goes on, and I am not exaggerating one iota.
@richardfursdon6929 Not so fast there with your presumed judgement.... You can own any of them in the UK perfectly legal Remember section 5 under firearms act??? For media purposes..... Same for handguns beside the normal bolt action etc As for using only cash for purchase that can be still done in the UK too on the black market more crime infested it is easier it's going to be if you got the $$ Remember their more illegal firearms than legal in the UK... something that the old bill doesn't want you to know or tell others to spread it around. Speaking with people that do 'business' on the streets (3rd party) it's like buying a loaf of bread, though it's up to the person no questions asked. Many I've been informed where once legally owned firearms. The left leaning firearm units not wanting to renew the paperwork for no legal reasons (under the act), the owner had to make a choice to keep them else where or sell up for best price. The street 90% of the time gives the best price so hence the issue of illegal firearms not counting the imported ones. All from lazy left leaning firearms units not willing to sweat out the paper work in time or ever. They blame the 1987 event for not wanting to lift a finger - what a load of bull crap! All thanks to the UN anti firearm agreements.... the UK signed up to!!!!
Looks like flea market was in Indiana. Here's some important information to CYA as a seller until it is changed went into effect May 20, 2024.........What is the new ATF rule for gun dealers? Expanded Definition of Firearm Dealership The new rule defines dealers as those intending to “predominantly earn a profit” from the sale of firearms rather than needing to prove it as their primary livelihood. I must be a little slow, I watched you’d video over again since you said that you mentioned in the video where this was at, but I didn’t hear you say where it’s at 😅
Nice one man! I would have jumped on that Steven’s too! And dude I’ve never seen a pump action 30-30 before 😂 I have saw a .22 pump and thought that was the coolest thing ever.
@@TheChiefSmokem Right! No problem man thanks for the killer video, I’m gonna have to start checking out the flea markets for old fishing stuff. No telling what’s out there!
Hard to believe that pistols are being sold as well as long guns. I've never seen pistols sold in Pennsylvania at flea markets. Must you make a FFL transfer if you bought a pistol?
Depends on the state here in Missouri you can buy handguns at places like this with no FFL transfer but in PA I know handguns require an FFL transfer but not long guns. Until around 15 years ago in Missouri you had to get LE approval to buy any handgun though.
I would probably go broke at a visit to a american flea market.. Compared to Sweden its like a treasure trove. My office at home is a decked out as a trophy room and i always buy antiques, relics and rare items. Just watching this video alone i would´ve probably spent 30k.
Man I wish we had this where I live. We have gun shows but they price gouge so bad it’s not worth even going to them. I’d love to find a flea market type place that sold guns
Well that was fun Patrick. Now what am I gonna do the rest of the day? Did you find where that weird smell was coming from? LOL Nice score again. Congrats!! Hope you are doing well young man. I think about what Chief Smokem is going to put out next and you never disappoint brother. Yep, never forget Granny, Many blessings Puff Puff
I tried to find that smell, but no luck 😂. I just got back from a weekend of camping and flea marketing! I'm pooped! But atleast trying to catch up on comments lol. I appreciate ya coming along man! 🔥
lol walk around a car boot on a Sunday in the UK, and all we got are scissors, gardening tools and second hand clothes, think your car boots are better.
Ohio River & arrowheads. Got it. Cool man. I do the same stuff. & miss pops too. It might seem like it keeps getting worse..did for me,for a long time. But the tide eventually turned. Itll get better. Take care
how does buying guns at a market work? do you need to exchange paperwork or have any type of background check? im confused, he just hands over 100 and takes it no questions asked - from the UK thanks
Some State firearms purchases at flea markets in the USA; you are responsible to be a legal purchaser (not be a felon or drug user) and there is no paper work...just like it ought to be everywhere.
@@missourirebel9669 In some states they are some require FFL transfer. Some do for handguns and not long guns some don't at all unless its an NFA item just depends on the state.
Chief, been following since the beginning. Ive been looking for another fox with papers for two years, im not far north of you and was curious if you could enlighten me on which market this is? I want to see if i can make it out to get the little guy.
Idaho, Wyoming, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia (correct me if I'm off or missing any or if these states changed) to name a few still have open third party used gun sales😊
