great info cali native here question if one purchases product from your company without a resale certificate and pays tax at the moment of purchase and we resell those products at a swapmeet are we still subject to report sales and use tax?
Thanks William. No resellers permit required. If you're in CA and picking up yourself or we're shipping to you in CA and you don't have a permit you'll be charged sales tax.
Via Trading Corporation Thank you for your quick response. Am I correct that in order to get a resellers permit all I have to do is go to the local courthouse and fill out a form and pay something like $30.- or so? And is it better to start out that way. I’m trying to get something established for my kids when I am no longer here, lol.
