I guess this explains why I have never had a flea problem with 5 pets. I ALWAYS have done (instead of buying the strong scented carpet refresher from the stores) this but mix pet safe essential oils to it (for fresh clean scent) and sprinkle this in my carpets and bedding every time I clean/vacuum my house. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and never had a flea problem and 3 of the 5 animals were rescues and had fleas BAD when we got them.
Outstanding ... I never had fleas in my house until we found a stray kitten in my sons engine bay of his car after driving 2 hours with that kitten in there. Brought her in the house then it speaded like wild fire. ... But i knew what to do . 😇
Stacy, could you please tell me exactly you do to keep your home out of fleas? do you mix baking soda and salt and them mix with a essential oil that is safe for pets? what is the portion for each ingredient? thanks.
Heard the vet wrong, only left on for 1-2 hrs and now they are all still very much alive but really pissed off. They are all wearing military uniforms and taking revenge. I might have to move. 😮😂
Carpet shampoor and filled with hot water and detergent, was for me, but not recommend it for everyone, just me, and it appears to have done the trick, and steam cleaned furniture. Will try your method as a back-up.
Our cat is infected with fleas and the all carpet area in the room is full of fleas!! We applied the topical anti-flea solution on our cat twice but it didn't help because fleas are already everywhere and our cat suffers from fleas!!we used insecticides but they didn't help😢😢😢

First put the baby shampoo around your cat's neck as a preventive measure for the flea to not escape. Fill the sink with warm water and little bit of the baby shampoo, then put ur cat in the sink. Make sure no water get in her ears. Scrub ur cats fur with baby shampoo all over very well while her body is ( neck and below ) under the water. For like 30 seconds, then start rinsing. The shampoo will suffocate the fleas while keeping ur cat safe from harmful chemicals. Giver her a bath again after 5 days, then after a week. Hope she's/ he's doing well❤
@@user-mo2cc4ne1k There's an ingestible that kills fleas that bite the cat starting about 30 min after ingestion. It lasts about 24hrs, and can be given daily. I have to hunt around for an off brand, as the name brand is pricy.
Why do they always say “infected area”? Dogs travel all over the house and do the fleas! You would have to treat every inch of your floors in your whole house and every room!
Apple cider is great for furry animals to REDUCE or prevent fleas. I put it on my ferrets before I take them outside durring the spring/summer and its also just healthy for their skin.
@@emeraldfox7175I disagree with putting essential oils on your pets. What's innocent to you, may be harmful to them and are more likely to harm the smaller animals. There have specific moments when people put a certain plant or essential oil diffuser in the room and noticed changes in their animals fur or behavior.

Coconut oil on the cat's. Kills fleas in 1 minute then put couple drops of Colloidal silver in their water bowl everyday to kill fleas, keep them away and kills internal parasites/worms as well. Safe, effective and all natural
I just had a Clark pest control treatment about three days ago and my fleas on the inside after washing everything and sweeping and mopping and vaccuming the house the fleas on the inside are pretty much gone. No bites on me. We don't have anymore pets but we do have some stray cats outside. But the yard got treated to and I hope the fleas are dead out there. I will have another treatment either both inside and outside or just outside. I couldn't kill them off for whatever reason. I did use dawn and vinager but that only kills a little bit of them a day. That will not get rid of them daily. I went with pest control. Been having this problem for years. I just hope that they are all dead by next summer. I have the Clark service so I will have them if need be. The cats outside are afraid of me so catching them and getting them fixed and bathed and given flea collars will be a hassel.

Oh the horror when we saw that our padio room was infested with fleas in the shag carpet. We have 3 outdoor dogs and i like to put them in our padio room sometimes which is probably how they got there. Im typically a little dramatic so when i told my brothers that there were fleas on my feet from the carpet they didnt believe me at first. Then they tested it and the felt them on their feet and then theg believed me. We had to spray the room with chemicals and have a test subject to see if they were still there 😂😂

I have a Shark Vacuum it does fine , but if you have this problem use a a good plastic scrub brush for floors and sweep as much up into dust pan first. (this is mix I use is so much better than putting toxic chemicals in your carpet (bug killers) ...
