A statement made from Legend Story Studios CEO James White on Saturday 18 May during the Part the Mistveil Tokyo World Premiere livestream Official Website: fabtcg.com Facebook: / fabtcg Twitter: / fabtcg Instagram: / fabtcg
This is what makes him a true leader. Absolute accountability. It’s this type of leadership that makes me so very excited about the future of this game/company.
I'm sorry this happened, but also sorry that the Day one footage had to be removed. It's even worse because it's a new and super hyped up set. Do you guys think you'll repost it, but muted or with a new set of commentators over the old ones? I missed it, and am sad I can't watch it. Either way, it sucks that this happened, but I'm honestly really happy with the response from LSS in a very direct and honest way. It gives me a lot of faith in the company and feel much more comfortable knowing that this behavior isn't welcome in the slightest.
Wow, the entire day 1 stream removed? This is a major hit on the community of FAB. So sad that one individual causes so many to miss out on day 1 events by being a bad apple!
One of the commentators was inappropriate with the guess japanese commentator, Yui, live on stream, making gross comments towards her. Dude was fired. Lesson here: don't say stuff on stream if it isn't related to your job :) he was being paid to be a commentator, not a creep.😊
Flake, the commentator they hired for the event, was saying some super cringey things to Yui and often sounded like he was making fun of her. He also had made some cosplayers uncomfortable
I didn’t even see an angry CEO. There was a special level of disappointed dad in his eyes that tells he meant business. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out in the content creator community. Many of the top creators are connected to him. Hopefully they don’t try to defend him. Many of them are very quiet this Monday.
He was basically flirting with Yui which was a dumb idea, but he didn't mean any harm by it. The neckbeard basement dwellers of social media threw a fit and made a big deal out of it.
@@stigmurder99 it might not be a big deal to you. But home girl is trying to do her JOB and goon McGee can't keep his thoughts in his pants. It's called being professional. I assume you must me basement dwelling neck beard so you would not understand.
Don't be cringe by defending someone who took the premiere event of your favorite game in a new country as a way to harass female co-caster and cosplayers. It would already be a bad look for anybody, but remember he was paid to be there and was representing LSS.
@lasterman94100 Don't be cringe by trying to tell someone else how to be. He was goofing off, yeah it wasn't a great time to do that but it didn't bother Yui, it was just messing around. The people that were bothered were the dorks on Twitter with no life that have probably never talked to a chick in real life in the first place.
@@stigmurder99 yeah you're a walking red flag dude, the way you talk about what happened I can tell you're among the people who never interact with girl IRL, way to project your insecurities on others As a matter of fact, Yui herself and cosplayers complained to the staff about Flake behaviour, but please, try to explain to me how she was feeling, you probably know it better than she does, what an L take
Facts are well known for being both unable and unwilling to care about feelings. The fact is that Flake created a hostile work environment by harassing Yui and female cosplayers as well. The only person here being cringe is _you_.
