99 percent of fitness channels are that because they keep needing to upload stuff. RP is a good example of a channel that started out great, and has devolved into nonsense of the week
I can’t love this enough. I have a home gym. I’ve walked down there many times only to turn around and go right back upstairs not having touched a weight. I workout by feel and what motivates me. Sometimes I don’t know what I’m going to do until after I warm up.
Tom Platz did the first real good videos talking and asking about steroids in the sport. He was honest and only one top pro had the balls to not be censored. Flex reminds a lot of people of that guy due to height/mass. I compare them due to the attitude.
I have nothing against steroid's, "BUT" I wonder how big Flex would be now, even if he could handle the training at all, I mean he might have given up at 18. AND, with taking steroids to grow after the beginners stage, you have to have a workout book. Otherwise you might be doing 10 x 10 @ 300Lb for CGBP, one workout, and the same 10 x 10 @ 300lb for CGBP 6 months on, so no growth. I have trained from about 11 and now 62, and never taken steroids, and have more muscle and less fat than I ever have. As I said I have nothing against steroid's, but I find it for funny how people on them grow, and think its how hard they workout, yes they do workout hard, but not close as to people that have to workout so much harder for so less results. Also dont they get if they dont have a workout logs, its got to be so easy to grow, as they are on steroids. Basically they can go, Squat 150lb 10 x 10 and the next week do 155lb 10 x 10, gow and grow and grow, and hit 400lb 10 x 10, and more, and thus by that time have huge legs, they they dont need much of a workout plan, os the steroids are doing the work. Now us without, are going to have so many sticking pints, some will get fed up and stop, others will move on to another leg workout. In other words its easy on steroids as they make you stronger, and bigger, ok not eas, but you get my drift. Mind you I am still here looking like I do, half of the steroid's are ill, stopped, some still here, or dead as of the drug. Wayne
Video Idea: ask someone to spot you while doing heavy lifts. Pretend to fail as they attempt to pull weight off you for a bit and lift it off with ease and introduce yourself as WSM. Love your content.
That would be dumb. It would be way funnier if he didn't allow the spotter to lift the bar and just held the bar still to make it harder for the spotter. Most people in the gym know who Mitchell is at this point
Haha mate, Mitchell is enormous compared to the average Joe. I mean he's not one of the biggest strongmans in size but weighing 130kg it doesn't go unnoticed for sure. Could be fun some skit along those lines tho 😂

Flex was rambling left and right and Mitch was trying to get a concise answer. I think Flex was trying to say that smelling the gym air before a workout might be the best approach in his circumstances.
I think he is talking about video content. Personally I put Mitch's content above Eddie, Brian and Hafthor. Those three all basically put out the same videos as each other. Licis is going full documentarian. I love it.
