If anyone's interested in the flexibility tips, they start at 6:30 (first exercise), then 8:50 (second exercise), 10:10 (third one).

I wear Merlet Diva D hard or medium shank.... Dance Moms yay yay I need tips on right leg because my left leg are stronger then my right, omg i tried 3 exercise and it's really good i felt the difference

Please help! I started ballet 🩰 a few weeks ago and in class we often have to count to 4 or 8. So it’s :1 and 2 and 3 and 4! And also: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and 7 and 8! But which time signature is this?? I’m really frustrated over this 😢. Because I don’t know? Is it maybe 4/4 and 8/8?
