I’m not down all the way but wow my results are so good I’m a lefty and am trying to learn my right leg splits because where always doing right stuff at dance and if I do this again tomorrow I reckon I will get them thankyou so much
I was telling my off ice ⛸spin coach today that this whole month all my corrections are about my hip flexors. I loved the hip flexor stretch with my roller!! Thank you!! I’ll be doing this every day 🙌🏻

Hi Claudia, I love your videos. I’m in a dance group and we had to do this for one month to win a prize. I’m still working on getting into my splits in one month but I am very sure that I’ll get there no problem, I’m also excited to see what the prize is if I get it.😊😊😊
could not move my legs after this but when I did the splits on my roller it was painful but when I removed it, I was kind of flat on the floor and it was less painful than regular could not complete it at the end because I felt like I was dying. I will be doing this for a whole week will tell you guys on how it went. BYEEEE

Yes u can i started at 15 and i think i achieved so much It only needs too much work if u worked so much on ur self you’ll get it and an advice from me dont look after someone else and be proud of yourself always❤️
I loved the vídeo i wish i could live in the US and dance but Thats going to be hard to achieve I am 15 at 10th grade aka sophomore and I am doing a cience course but I found a dance course that I love but I know that I am not going to enter in that course because I don’t have a good dance background(I only did one contemporary and ballet when I was 3 to 6 years old)to enter in that course you need to have an audition were you do an interview, a ballet class , a contemporary class and two minutes dance Can someone help me
Hi Claudia! I know you might not see this comment but, I wanna know if I can start doing ballet seriously even though I’m 13 and I’ve lost most of my flexibility but I can still gain it back if I stretch for a few months . I’ve watched a lot of ballet show and documentaries about Ballet schools and they usually only accept people who started really young, but I really think I wanna do this for real but if I’m to old to do that I’ll just give up and just continue doing theater and acting. ❤️
