Flexible and Sturdy Textured Dim Sum Wrapper | Without Pasta Maker!
Dimsum Wrapper with only 2 Ingredients.
Ingredient
* 300 gr Flour (Here I use 150 gr of All-purpose one and 150 gr of bread Flour);
* 150 ml of Warm water.
The point is the Comparison of flour and water must be 2:1.

NOTE:
* To get whiter Dim Sum Wrappers, mix All-purpose Flour with Tang Mien Flour. The comparison used is 2:1. For example, if we use 200 gr All-purpose flour, so just mix it with 100 gr of Tang Mien Flour.
* For savorier taste, please add a pinch of salt in every single recipe we made above.
* Don't forget to spread the surface of the steamer with a little cooking oil to prevent it from sticking.
