I use to be a gym freak but then i realized its for nothing. We are wasting scarce natural resources, eating alone so much what will be enough for a poor family I let it go.. now i just do runnings and stay slim and in shape eat normal. My bidy is less muscular but i feel good about it.

Ek hai MMA fighter jo roj sparring session karta hai, workout karta hai, or usko bohot agility, flexibility, mobility bhi chahiye fighting ke liye.... or ek hai jo ek actor hai and dancer hai but dancer bhi by profession nahi hai... dance practice karte bhi honge toh I guess roj nahi karte... ab aap hi batao kon zyada stretching exercise karta hoga... Ek MMA fighter ya fir ek Actor & dancer (not by profession)??
Waah mtlb kuch bhi 😂 Bhaiya dono ki training and workouts ka asar hai. for ex) for clearly defined shape and good looking toned output the equipment with less weight are used like in the case of hritik whereas in case of Jinder Mahal Heavyweights are used as their workout and training is power and strength oriented
