13:51 "It's like a miniature Six Flags!" We do have a Six Flags, also: Six Flags Great America, in Gurnee, IL - about an hour north of Chicago, but still considered part of "The Greater Chicagoland Metropolitan Area," which runs from just over the Wisconsin border, down to Northwest Indiana. Yes, there are many beaches with swimming access to The Lake. But one should be careful- just like any lake or ocean shoreline, not all lakefront has swimming allowed- only in designated areas, is it safe. My grandma had a beach near where she lived, and as kids we would often visit "Grandma's beach" to go swimming and build sand castles, the whole bit. So glad you guys enjoyed your visit to our fair city! Come again any time.

I can't help but I literally LOL'ed when the notification popped up on screen, absolutely brilliant! Hailee being so chilled and laid back while Kendra is so expressive and exited just meshes so good! Especially when Kendra manages to rock the boat for Hailee enough to crack her up, you can feel the sense of accomplishment beaming from Kendra! The best moment in the whole video is those rare moments! But seeing Kendra so hyped for the slight possibility for some shopping, made me realize something: Kendra has that stereotypical "anime fang" poking out when she's happy, it was so obvious in the shopping streets sections! You're so precious and adorable the pair of you, lifting our spirits up with every video so thank you both, please take care and stay safe!

As someone born and raised in Northern Michigan..I encourage you to swim in that lake!... Yeah you can swim in it...I grew up swimming in Lake Michigan and Lake Huron on the other side of Michigan..

Hi ladies, well my daughter turned 14 yesterday. Her girlfriends birthday was 2 days earlier. We had a party for the two of them. It was so nice seeing my daughter happy. Spending time with not only her girlfriend but her best friend. They spent most of the day togeather. God, I am so glad she's happy for once in her life. She said to tell you two hello. It doesn't really look that big (for being 3rd largest in the states), with it having so much open space all around. Weird fact. Chicago was (or is) the 3rd largest "Norwegian" city in the world, by how many Norwegian immigrants lived there

I've been a mile from the lake, you technically can swim in it,buuut it rarely gets above 55-60 degrees. As a child we could last a while in the Cold water, now I get chilly just looking at it. 🥶
