Girl I slept on the couch for a year in my place when I lived alone. I loved it. Great thing about living alone is you can literally do whatever you want, anything you’ve ever wanted lol. It’s honestly the best!

i’m loving all the content lately Carrie! Be careful with this mold! write down EVERYTHING, take pics ect, im sure your paying a lot with rent prices, do NOT let them push you into excepting this! I would tell them you want a new mold free unit or all your money back an lease broke

Carrie, this lady is so right. Mold does not go away. If they came in and cleaned it with bleach or industrial bleach like substance it is not gone. As soon as the apartment gets warm again it will start growing. Typically they have to remove the dry wall and replace it. Be very careful as mold will make you sick. It is silent. Keep track of your walls everywhere and keep track of how you are feeling.

Hey Carrie, noticed you're having energy drinks, it could absolutely be causing some of your late night anxiety (beyond life stressors.) Caffeine does it to my husband and I cannot have more than one coffee per day, for the same reason.

Just had a Bubbler yesterday and it has “natural caffeine” and tons of Vit B……1:30 pm yesterday. Slept like crap, awake every hour! I usually sleep great so thank you for validating this.

Caffeine is a drug. It's unhealthy, whether consuming a little or a lot, natural or not. It's a stimulant that interferes with rest and sleep. Also, it's hard on our breasts, especially fibrocystic breasts.

When extensive mold treatment is going on, you are NOT supposed to be in there AT ALL! Everything, including you, is to be moved out. Unbelievable! You should absolutely be in contact with the Health Department! You should be in another apartment, AND not paying rent. However, I wonder how many other apartments are moldy as well. The Health Department needs to do a thorough inspection of the entire building.

It is great to have you back. Do and make what makes you happy. I agree anxiety and depression are not talked about enough. I thought I'd recommend a book my therapist recommended for my anxiety. It has been amazing. Rising Strong By: Brene Brown. I love the audiobook version so I can listen while I drive.

I had a roof leak that some water dripped into my closet and I didn’t realize it right away. Cleaning the surface did not work. I have to tear open the closet walls. You are not alone with what your feeling. You have accomplished a lot with going through a break-up. 🙌👍🙌

I am the same way with anxiety and currently in a rut myself. But I internalize my issues and just deal with it myself. I think it’s a strength to be self sufficient, but I know asking for help and letting others in is so so important. Thank you for being vulnerable about your anxiety

I've been following you for awhile, I love your content. You are where I was a year ago. I lost my mom and I felt lost and unsure. I had a friend lose her dad right before my mom passed and her hubby is really rich and he jetted her off to Europe, Mexico etc and she told me to just get over my grief that I needed to just get over it, but I dont have a rich hubby to take me places I was here having to take care of being a real human. Girl you're grieving your losses!! Between your parents breakup and your own your grieving the loss. Keep your head up beautiful it gets better!!!

Any caffiene even in large amounts of dark chocolate affects my sleep and also hightens any anxious feelings. Since cutting it out, I sleep WAY better!

I definitely resonate with you when you were saying about dealing with things internally, I am the same. I would much rather help someone else with their stuff than go to someone about my own. I suppose a lot of us want to be seen as that bulletproof, dependable person, but you're right, every one of us has our things going on even if we do seem like we're bulletproof, lol.

Hi- I'd suggest the book Perfectly Hidden Depression. I just read it, and it's eye opening. I'm like you where I never want anyone to SEE my struggles and I try to stuff it down and make others think I have it together. The book was very helpful to me. I think it would help you. Hugs.

You always unburden on a therapist if you need to. There are virtual therapist that might be right for you since you're on the go. I have anxiety I know the feelings you can get so never feel you can't share that you're anxious and need space. I'm so happy you're back making videos

I lived alone until I got married and always slept on the couch! Some nights my husband and I would sleep on separate ends of the couch after moving in together lol. Our 1st child just turned 1 and here we are back to sleeping on the couch because toddler sleep is rough... as long as you're comfy, you do you boo! I love your necklaces, especially the cross. When my husband was in the Air Force he worked 8p-8a or something like that and those nights I typically slept on the couch. But then it also reminds me of my teenagers lol 😂 they use to prefer to sleep on the couch it’s like a fight to get them in their room. But we got new couches that seem to have deterred them from wanting to sleep in the living room lol

If you have been living in mold, you may want to avoid manufactured citric acid which is labeled as “cotric acid” in food.
