You sir, are awesome! Thank you for helping me with this annoying task. I also noticed it I could fold down my sectional just a quarter inch, fold it over to matching (lat. lines) and matching id marks, and get within just a few degrees accuracy. Thanks for your help!

Although that method will work it is not the correct way. Look at the flap on the sectional, it shows you the Correct way to do it.
