Can we please get a guided tour about the pilot comfort on A350, such as seat reclining and adjusting, table, footrest, and escape plan through the window?
THERE IS NO WINDOWN ?!?!?! Isn't that crazy, the escape hatch is in the cornor of the cockpit. They have to step on the chair to even get out, its very odd.
Rasmus Hundevadt what’s so wrong with putting digital inputs rather than mechanical controls? As long as pilots are in control, they are manually piloting the aircraft. Boeing fans are just too ignorant of this detail. Trust me, they’re both safe to fly with. The only thing why airbus is better is that it provides comfort for the pilot.
You look like you are very happy in your profession. The 350XWB looks like a fun aircraft to fly and thankyou for giving us an insight into how you operate it. Happy Landings;-))
7:55 "Nu må han satme også snart holde sin kæft, jeg synes han snakker meget for nuværende" Roughly translated:"Now it's also about time for him to shut up, i think he talks a lot for now[/this phase]."
Woah now.. just hold on a minute!! 4:50... Nobody EVER told me that this plane.. already so beautiful, modern, and feature packed... can .... PRINT!?! haha ;) Wonderful video, keep up the great work.. Subscribed! :)
Adrian D Why make it complicated? Keep it simple is much more safe. The A350 is so intuitive, if you know the smartest sequence of when to do things. 😉
I’m an ATPL student. I just finished phase one theory. I’d like to leave my thought. First of all thanks for the video, for me it was like I was there with you guys. The most interesting part for me was the FMS set up. I spent a lot of time learning all the little functions and sometimes it’s difficult to remember everything for someone like me who has never flown. But after having seen your video I was so happy because yes.. I know what you guys are doing. And this is great to know for me... 😂 I’m extremely happy and lucky to have the chance to be a pilot in training. I hope to be sitted on the right very soon. Thanks for your video, it gave me even extra motivation.
"So why did you become a pilot?" "Oh I got sick of my office job, sitting behind a desk staring at computer screens all day and filing paperwork got a bit tedious after a while."
@@danm4320 Um, what? No, obviously not. The A350 came out at a time where touch screens where still laggy due to processors not nearly as capable as the ones available today. Perhaps they should upgrade it.
Omg thats so epic, I was fixing that plane the about the same month u flew it. I was a flight mechanic for SAS and I worked on RSA (The one u were sitting in)
Your videos are a treasure! Thank you very much for filming. I think a lot of people including me will be very interested to see the full cockpit setup uncut, so maybe that could be one of the ideas for your future vids! P.s. Stay safe out there
By the way, for those who don’t know, that language is Danish. I don’t know Danish really much myself, but I do recognize it. I have been through Copenhagen Kastrup many many times with SAS and, back in the 80s, with TWA.
The a350 is so much more better than the 787, people only like the 787 because it’s from Boeing. If you like the a350 more than 787, It’s because you know a lot about the aircraft.
Great video. Had to sub... no idea why these people are arguing in the comments... I’m a lover of all aviation. That goes for Boeing and airbus both... no idea why these videos get so heated. This was really cool. Stay safe @bjornpilot
Most interesting video. Thank you for your time in making this video for us here in you tube land. Keep them coming. Bye for now from New Jersey. 🛫😊👍👍👍
Saw this beautiful plane grounded at CPH the other day, its a shame, really. But nice to listen to your copilot chatting about his birthplace and telling the PC to shut up, with his lovely jutlandian accent :D
You gained a new sub! Really detail and easy explanation on how the avionics works! Wow A350 flight deck looks so futuristic! I think we are too used to watching all the old gen aviation documentary on mainstream media that we forget how far the aviation industry has come!
The fact that windows 10 is running the displays makes me think about how funny it would be if the PFD reset and started running windows update during an approach. (I know microsoft has special versions of windows for embedded/industrial applications, but I still get really pissed at how they don't give you the option to easily disable updating on consumer and business/pro editions. This would be the ultimate "microshaft" moment.)
Just found Your channel ,and I'm really enoying Your videos. Do pilots play flight simulator games or something like that when there is not much work (like right now) or when home?
Tell me about the exterior plane cameras. I noticed the screen display of I think the tail. Do you have access to see the entire exterior of the plane from the cockpit? I love these videos. I can’t stop watching.
Are you still able to prepare and fly the aircraft without these computers? Manually filling up a flight plan, manually calculation of weight and balance, speeds etc? Or will it take hours?
Martin Rix Madsen I thought you might get bored? 😅😂 I’ll do another showing how I scan the panels for proper settings. It’s not included in this video.
Martin Rix Madsen Not allowed takeoff roll videos anymore, unfortunately. I’m not forced to remove some old ones here one on this channel. But the scan video will be easy! I’ll do it. 😊
@@bjornpilotno direct with Abram’s goes direct to the point but keeps pseudo waypoints for points Abram what would have been your intermediate waypoints. So you can go direct by still know when you are Abram some other place before that which is useful for flight profess monitoring.
Usually we fly north of the otganized tracks because we start or end north of mid Europe, in Scandinavia. Occationally when the winds are more favourable more to the south, we follow the tracks.
Great Video! Thanks for sharing!... And thank God for Microsoft Flight Simulator! wannabe pilots like me get to bypass the redundant and boring stuff!.... just sit back, relax, annnnnd..... enjoy the scenery!...lol...
