Its incredible how much their efficiency has improved.. And how much less service we now receive :/

For sure, the lady there told me they will be moving the Sky Club to a much better and bigger location once its all finished.

@@ShawnsTravels Also hopefully post Covid, you would get an actual meal should you fly domestic first. The snack box is fine for a short flight, not a cross country flight.

@@aviationwithjeff it depends on the flight, the longer flights do get meals, usually atl-den and longer

@@jcspotter7322 Correct. This should have had a proper meal. Short hops have the snack boxes. I've had a proper meal on LAX-DFW with Delta before.

I was wondering that too. But some people board not knowing they will serve food and may have snacked inside the airport. I always make sure that way I'm not full!

Hopefully as travel normalizes across the Atlantic and Pacific we can see the regular services return!

I was able to get upgraded thanks to my Skymiles Medallion status. Because I fly frequently, at the time of this video I was a Gold Medallion which includes free upgrades if available. You automatically get put in the list once you have status and will be upgraded if there is still open seats prior to departure.

You are 100% correct. I messed that up and got confused when editing the video. My apologies.

I was upgraded to first class for free because I am a Gold Medallion with Delta. Just frequent flyer status, thats all!
