I am a little bit surprised. My past experience with LOT was much better, especially considering the hospitality on board. In my opinion, LOT offers much better service than the Lufthansa Group, especially on short-haul flights within Europe.

agree. I use quite often LOT flights acrosss Europe and I would dare to say it is one of the best on middle/short range

Same here. I flew LAX-WAW-LAX and thought they were fine. I'd fly LOT again.

I just have flown LOT in route to Tokyo (I believe the service is the same at Asian destinations) and can’t agree with your opinion about the service. Yes- there are only 2 drinks services but drinks and snacks (even hot soup!) are available in the back galley whenever you want. Have you told them about cold food? The only thing I can complain about is the inflight ent screens - they can freeze but crew restart it. Brgds😊

Even though drink services go by twice, you can always request more by calling on flight attendant.

Not sure what people expect. At the end of the day it’s glorified bus ride. Crew non existent? They aren’t there wait on you. They serve food first 1-2 into the flight and then let you sleep. And then serve another meal 1-2 hours before landing. Time between is for sleep or work

Great video but sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We will be flying LOT for the first time in November and be we fly WAW-MIA in economy. Hopefully it works better for us:>)

I fly JFK-WAW-JFK with lot. Good service. Asia flights aith lot are so longso thats why poor service. I hope next time if you choose lot is gonna be better. Chose a uspolabd-us 787 long haul. Good serviceon those

Thanks for the feedback - Did you manage to experience the service and full flight through the screen? Oh, and if you want anything more than me sharing my experience - I am not going to attach a go pro for 14 hours and record each of the interactions I have with the crew, and invade their privacy. The frozen food should be a good indicator for you of the service and 'problems' on this flight.

I had the same experience on a LOT flight BUD -ICN and back, April 2023. food service was just dispersing the food trays "chicken?" .- "beef?" - "chicken?" - "beef?", food was luke warm , windows on 787 dimmed for 80% of flight time. Incurious young hungarian flight attendants with supervisor "pursor" from Poland. No refills of tea /coffee as in asian airlines. All other airlines from Central Europe to Korea/Japan were overbooked, otherwise we would have avoided them

I would like to remind that this is a 500 euro ticket for 6000 kilomiters fly, not a night at 5 star hotel.

1.) This is not a 6000km flight 2.) There is competition, LOT is not the only airline that flies between Europe and South Korea

About the lights, it isn't strange. One of my previous Korean Air flight, particularly DFW-ICN, was also daytime where the sun stayed up, and the crews politely asked each passenger to close the shed and then dim the lights. Perhaps it was more towards giving passengers a chance to rest. That being said I was shocked to see how poor LOT is. Sounds like there's a LOT going wrong on LOT.... Anyway, nice vid as always! I'll be soon coming back with new videos, too.

Lol, you could in ANY moment get more drinks and food from bar but you would have to move your ass, second - how many movies and tv shows is enough? You scrolled and scrolled through the menu - if you watch a movie second time in your life it won't kill you. Third - LOT crew usually is really nice so maybe the problem wasn't the crew but a passenger asking for 1st class experience in economy class. And with frozen food - maybe it was a mistake? Or maybe you were such pain in the ass that it wasn't

That’s not the point. I struggle to understand how any sane person can justify a frozen meal for a member of Star Alliance, and National Carrier like LOT on a long haul flight to Seoul? If you do, then you are clearly blinded by something, so my comment is perfectly reasonable?

I do believe that lot have huge management problem ! Lot is own by government and Polish government is also rude and bad ! I find short distance on lot is good as they not service food ! I don’t understand why the food was frozen ? What the gale crew member doing ? Lot is only 3 star Arline so what you except ? I am glad you tell the crew about the bad service 👍👍👍
