Were the beds lie flat on this journey? Soz for asking so many questions but looking into booking a Japan Haneda flight on QF in Biz Class so need the low down.
+Ads A The beds on the 747 Business Class are the same, not exactly lay flat. Your feet are tucked under the seat in front so you do slope down a bit. I just flew back from Haneda and got upgraded to First Class. The seats in First Class on the 747 are definitely lay fla! Video will be posted of that flight in the next few days.
Hey nice video! I have to say that the entertainment system looks very poor for business class! I mean on other airlines like Emirates, even in Economy class you get a nice high resolution screen with a touch system remote control!
SuperGilles27 Hahahaha. I aint a lefty. I was using my right hand to hold the camera!!! How does a left handed magazine work?? Is that like a left handed screw driver?
NowGetThere there was a store in San Francisco called 'the Left Corner" that sold left handed booksscissors and playing cards . All kinds of stuff for left handed people, you would be amazed .
midala40 Qantas still have 9 B747-400 in their fleet. They have been doing refurbishments to them to upgrade the interior so they are similar design to the interior of the A380s, same seats, same entertainment system and lighting
midala40 I have flown the A380 only once. It is good. Very smooth and quiet. The takeoff takes so long. It seems to go right down to the end of the runway and just seems to drift into the air. Nothing better than the thrust of a 747!
Wow... that's supposed to be Business Class? Seems very poor. Entertainment system looks SD, smaller screen than other Airlines' Economy. Seats may be full flat but seem to be more narrow and much less luxurious than Etihad for example, and Food looks like cafeteria fare. Have they upgraded lately since this Video? Because this video would make up my mind not to go Qantas Business to Japan. I've avoided Qantas for years, and if this is Business, I feel vindicated.
