Sorry I did a quick video only on the heading. For the altitude, and if I am not mistaken, there is no altitude hold. There is a pitch adjuster. You have to use the pitch reference adjuster (top right knob with "ELE" indication) to adjust your pitch. Changing the pitch allows you to define a climb or descent rate (you can see this rate with the Vertical speed indicator on the right of the gyro autopilot block. So, same procedure to activate the autopilot and then adjust the pitch (climb/descent rate) with the ELE knob (knob #8 in ASOBO documentation)
