It really is just a fantastic aircraft. JustFlight have really raised the bar for addon aircraft in this sim. I’ve broken it a few times myself, like you say it takes a lot of practice to get a smooth landing and if you hit the ground too hard you’ll do damage and it will basically render it unflyable. Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to reload the flight. I was chatting with one of the developers earlier today, and he said that for the next update they plan for damage to be reset when you select a state on the EFB. This will be a very welcome addition for me, because it makes practicing landings quite cumbersome when you’re as prone to crash landing as I am.

If you’re using a stick (which you should be!) make sure you adjust the sensitivity curve to a flat line (0%) for both axis, it handles way better this way!

Thanks for this tip. I did notice that the controls seem a bit “jolty” (if that’s even a word). I’ll definitely be trying this. And yeah, it really doesn’t fly well with a yoke. I need a bigger desk so I can fit both my setups on it lol.

Salt Lake and the surrounding mountains really hooked you didn't they. Col Klink got it in your blood, thanks for showing the area off again in this sexy beast. And yes, well-used is a good term. But not abused! Some devs take the weathering too far to the point of abuse and it isn't the same thing. The Hawk's definitely my favorite small jet in game so far!

Hi Captain! I use the HTC Vive.. although I've not used it for a while! It not got the Pimax anymore I am mussing the wide field of view, but I can't see any pixels with the Vive - its like looking through a 4k monitor!

Gripper great video as usual but can you help me please. I can't find anything anywhere. I'm a VR user and I'm wanting to know other than all the default static positions ie Cockpit and the outside view is there anyway I can move around anywhere I want inside or outside the aircraft in VR? So for example how would I get into the back seat of the Hawk in VR? Someone said its alt plus and minus but that doesn't work. I just want to be able to sit in the rear of the airbus and look out of the window but for my life I just can't figure it out.

i've bought every plane from just flight and i am just wondering i've bought non from the sim market, just from their home site, will i still get updates on the planes like piper arrow or do i need to purchase the planes again from the sim market?

I understand your frustration, Usually it takes a while to get to the Xbox store, but I can't imagine why it takes so long.
