I have had a Herman Miller chair since 2002. After 20 years, the piston started leaking. 20 freakin YEARS that chair lasted. Yes, I definitely bought another one. $1700, hope you can write it off. I couldn't.

Oh my god! 1700 Bucks! I got mine second hand from a white van man, I think it was abut 500 Euros if memory serves. Done deal. ie They are expensive new. But it is worth it!

Hello my friend, good to see you again. Nice tour of both your setups. Hope your doing well and that your still teaching Flying in RL. Nice to see you still have that amazing Celtic humour. Sorry I couldn't be with you on your world tour streams but the TLDR is my life had some big changes in past couple of years and it's not been easy but getting things sorted back out again and working 2 jobs so not got any time on Sunday nights to join you but I'm slowly getting back into the skies in DCS World in the online FastJetPerformance School for fast Jet flying in DCS and got a load of new WinWing kit, I Also have the MFG Crosswinds Rudder Pedals and they are a great bit of kit. Hope to catch you again in the skies at some point, got this Sunday off so will try and meet up with you and the clan this Sunday if possible. Happy flying/Racing my friend.

I use the MFG rudder pedals too, absolutely love them. I am going to make a cam guide that will lock them in the center position so I can use them for gas and brake to fool around with the Dirt series racing sim. I’ll use my Honeycomb Yoke for the steering wheel.

Ye all the other brands I tried just stopped working after a while and that meant I had to login to there ecosystem an update stuff etc etc, I got fed up with that nonsense.

Thanks for the nerd video... the cable management looks fine to me. Do you remove that red flag before flight? Wait, what does the Toby do? I think you need a couple more throttles. I also have a Warthog, I'm on my second set, lost the first throttle to a power surge. I Highly recommend that you hook that $600 controller to a $150 power conditioner if you don't feel like buying another one. "I'm not much of a sim racer." While he's showing his Fanatec direct drive wheel. Great video, it gave me a geek chubby.

@@GripperSim Race ya! ;) I quite a few racers but I still keep going back to Forza Horizons 4 so I can smash up the English counrtyside and make push Sean Bean to his wit's end with my stunt driving. Or do a bit on the Top Gear test track. I think there are demos available but it's often down to half price (less on XBox as a DVD) but while the physics are more arcade-related, it can still be challenging. I'm also going to look into designing a poor-man's Buttkicker. I haven't quite figured out how the transducer works yet, but I suspect it's a bigger version of the eccentric cams in Dual Shock and similar controllers. Turns out that sitting on a sub-woofer works but the effect is far too weak compared to a real motor. Much as I'd love to see this channel get more deserved success, it's also neat to be part of this small but dedicated bunch of crazy-madness.
