oh sure...we normally worked on them when we were working on hover auto's. My DFE spent a lot of time making me do slope landings during my checkride too. it's pretty important if you think about it. any time you don't land on concrete, it's gonna be less than level, so knowing where to put your cyclic as you lower is critical...and knowing the limits of what slope you can land on. thanks for watching!

It is all about attitude, Nr, and Ball when it comes to Autos! Proficiency is key, but once you have done enough autos, muscle memory is there!

yes, the pedals control the tail rotor. helicopters are inherently unstable, but I think the fact that I only have 30 hours adds a bit to it looking shaky. Plus, the R-22 is a sensitive little helicopter to fly because of it's small size. Thanks for watching.

I have never been in a helicopter but still love the idea and the thought of having a helicopters pilots license. PLEASE do an AMA on reddit.com. So, how much does a small chopper like this cost? must be heaven on earth to fly one of these.
