I'm a white dude from Pennsylvania, I've only been to Flint once in my life, and I absolutely love this guy. He stands up for himself, he's not afraid to tell people what he thinks of them, and quite honestly he's a politician I would feel good about supporting, regardless of race and party affiliation.

He needs his own reality show. He's old school for real, but there's something beautiful about him even though he can be a hot mess! At least the meetings aren't boring and perhaps they all could take a conflict resolution class. This is too funny and yet sad because the real work can't be accomplished well.

What Eric mays gives is honesty. True honesty with no spin. Sometimes his way of getting his point across is crass but man, u get the honest person with him and this is what every person wants in a politician.

Watching this from my home in a tiny village in the Scottish Highlands and fast becoming a fan of Eric Mays! I wish we had him over here to preside over our community meetings! No more passive-aggressive English people trying to bully the natives about how we should use our community etc - Eric would sort them out! He’s wonderful!
Man I believe every European country needs a man like him. We are to soft in politics. I’m from Holland. Same bullshit. Bless the Scottish Highlands tho It’s still on my bucket list.
