I mean, you still have time to reupload it with the fixes, Chris. Otherwise people are going to point the technical goofs to exhaustion. It would better for the long run and it will wouldn't be as distracting to viewers.

My soul died a little every time he said “dy-no” in stead of “dee-no” because a few times in the episode he said his name correctly. Haha I guess it’s one of those things that gets stuck and you can’t help it. Regardless, Dino & Hoppy worth the month. SADP not worth the money!

Every "Tayto" was a punch to my gut. There are tons of RU-vidrs that have learned how to properly pronounce names and words by now, but not Chris. Tayto, My-amoto, I-awata, Ten-gin.

I watched Irate Gamer as a teen, back in the day, when i was like 13-15 on a regular basis (25 now). And I have to say my man, im really glad you're back :) please keep doing your show, its an absolute blast and now that times have changed, i believe you deserve another chance in a positive spotlight. I had "rescue of Dino & Hoppy" as a kid, and a school mate said that he also has Flintstones on NES. We thought we had the same game, but once I mentioned the game of basketball, he was like "you mean ice hockey?" and I was no? wtf? Well, apparently he had that rare ass sequel - too bad we never figured out we had dif ones and traded ;D

what was special for me with flinstones, it was dubbed in french canadian, which was very rare in that era. In my language, Barney was named "Arthur", which is funny lol. I still love your work man!

Surprise at Dinosaur Peak is one of my favorite games on Dendy (Taiwanese copy of NES/Famicom we have in Russia), and i loved it because it had a map and it had that Adventure feel, when i see that my goal is right here, but i need to walk all around, and it felt kinda awesome to walk all the way through the map to end up in the place i've started. It was long before i played any Metroidvanias, so that feeling of going a huge circle was very epic for me.

I have one complaint about the rescue of Dino and Hoppy. How do Wilma and Betty know about the great Gazoo? The only ones who saw him were Fred and Barney since they rescued him. Sheesh

They should’ve made a crossover game with the Jetsons. But I think Hanna Barbera didn’t want Taito to make a crossover game, since they would have wanted more royalties than just the Flintstones. Similar to Disney games, they have separate agreements with different IPs.

IRATE Gamer does a very good job. Alot of folks do the same sort of thing, but you can tell IRATE Gamer puts his heart into it and puts in a goodwill effort. Is he the best? Others have done it for longer with a bigger budget. Is he dang good? I am proud to be a subscriber.

As. 33 year old who loved the flintstones growing up and a gamer, the fact that not one RU-vid personality I watch had covered this game and you’re the one who introduced me to this, is crazy lol. Awesome episode. I used to watch reruns of "The Flintstones" when they were broadcasted on "Cartoon Network". I don't think I've ever heard of Hoppy, but I do remember Kazoo. :(

The Flintstones: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak isn't only extremely expensive because it was a very late NES release, but also because it was exclusively for rental at Blockbuster stores. At least from what I've heard.

Yes, to every idea to improve these games in this video! They should have just gone balls to the wall at the end of the NES and made Hanna Barbera: The Video Game. Hell, someone should make that now but in the style of NES Remix. Play as Hong Kong Phooey in Kung Fu, Space Ghost in Mega Man, and Quick Draw McGraw in Gun.Smoke. Shut up and take my money!

If only there was some kind of cross over with numerous Hanna Barbera cartoon characters. And idk....maybe they would do something ridiculous, like be trapped in a Mario Kart type scenario. It could be called something like.... Wondrous Races... um....Wild Races...hmm. Eureka! I've got it. I'll call it Wacky Races! Market this idea now Chris!!! Lol. Seriously though $800 bucks? Great video yet again man. I would love to know when you got your hands on that dinosaur peak cartridge. Did you get it when it was originally released or was it a recent buy. Games like that will probably prevent me from ever getting a complete nes collection. Can't justify spending 1000 on a game. Or far more in a few cases.

I remember playing Street fighter II and Mortal Kombat on snes and setting the difficulty to Easy... well, the first level would live up perfectly to the settings name, cause it WAS easy and enjoyable...BUT THEN comes the 2nd level and it’s like the CPU is mad that you’re having fun cause it always felt like it secretly overrides and ramped the difficulty to impossible 😂

I got this game as a special present the day I broke my arm as a kid.. To my horror I realised I couldn't play 😭 I freaked out but of course my parents told me it would just take a little time, I was playing like nothing had happend in a few days (the cast made it so had to change my grip for a while)
