I remember this game. I couldn't past lava rise in the castle stage. Now recently I replayed game like 6 times and finally beat it. Man, even genesis Flinstones look easy.

The majority of the Taito games on the NES were fire (Kickmaster, Flintstones 1 and 2, Little Samson, Panic Restaurant, Power Blade 1 and 2, The Jetsons, Toki, etc.)

This game has started it all. Oh, and also, have you done the game, "Grand Dad Reboot?" Its a fangame that is made by RED-FIRE and it's similar to game when it comes to gameplay wise. It's a neat fangame and I suggest playing that game without taking enough damage! ^_^
