No accent walls please

Since this is a flip house, I wouldn't do accent walls because not everyone will like it. For resale, you'll want to keep in mind who your target buyers are. Price range, neighborhood, older couple, younger couple, family, etc. Broad appeal is key. Looks great so far. (Are you from Western PA? You've got a Pittsburgh vibe going on)

Glossy white (top) cabinets and a beautiful gray marble (or whatever) countertops. Dark gray (lower) cabinets!

What does the exit lead to? (By the gutted bathroom?) because it can be a “pool/backyard” door in the bathroom like we have over here in Florida. If that leads to the backyard, a possible idea?

On the wall you’d like to add the accent, why not make a very gaudy stove area? You know, the gas stove with the griddle in the middle and on that wall straight backsplash with a gaudy exhaust fan and lists of counter space

Are you a fan of puck/ recessed lights? I feel it would add a lot more light then the middle ceiling fans
