Hi there, thanks so much for our review and honest opinion on my books. First things first. I´m totally against AI. I think it`s theft and the biggest copyright infringement the world has ever seen. I can reassure you there are no AI images in this book or AI parts. I created all these artworks in my "Kuntergrau" books over the last 15 years. Most of them took over 25 hours to paint - almost a little artistic biography ☺ . Some of the artworks were painted with airbrush and watercolors, others with crayon, but most of them were hand drawn with a pendisplay and Photoshop. I do have some speedpaintings on my YT Channel were you can see how this is done. For the digitalIy drawn artworks I start my art with a pencil in a sketchbook ( which takes just a few hours) then there comes the more detailes sketch ( coloring page - line art ) and this I scan. Then there comes the time intense part with all the colors, shades, lights and details - and I love details. So I agree the grayscale book has a different vibe to it, but just because it is so much more work. It breaks my heart to see how many artists are struggeling because of all the AI coloring books and that there art business is threatened. I hope things will change in the future and there will be a way to find out whats AI and whats not.

I was so excited when I found out this book was coming out, until I saw how dark the greyscale was in a flip through. There’s so many beautiful pages but it’s too dark for me. It’s too bad. I wish she would release a line art version!
