I like your design of the 2x sticking out for more support. Great idea! Also like how you put more than one tool on the top. I’ll do the same on both sides. I have a 15” floor planer so it won’t go on it. Just other smaller tools. I’ll make mine a little wider to accommodate. Retired cabinet builder here. No plans needed. Thanks for your video! With such a long and deep drawer (that's what she said) I like using 4 total rails (two on each side). It really ads to the sturdiness of the drawer if you ever put more and more in there and it starts getting really heavy and gets pulled all the way out. Very cool build thanks for making the video!
Toggle latches would be another great option for this . I love the idea of 180 degree rather than the whole 360 degree rotation as far as tool safety alone and the fact it is smarter as far as when you are running power like this.
