However, if you don't even attempt to send it back, then it's pretty dishonest and I doubt he did because I really doubt Amazon would just say to keep an AIO.

I remember, when I was a kid, my dad brought home this green swivel chair, that he found on the freeway. He said it look like it may have fallen off a truck. I believed him. But these dudes? If they weren't selling stolen goods, then I am John Holmes......... The most obvious, were the cases. 20 of them just laying on the side of a road, all in new condition. 🙄 Now, if any of what you bought was indeed stolen, regardless if you didn't know, you still could be charged with receiving stolen goods and you have it on camera! 😳

There is no reasonable expectation to privacy in public, especially when you aren't making a conscious effort to hide the camera. However, in California, both parties are supposed to consent to being recorded. Since this is a private transaction, it's a somewhat grey area and I would definitely make it clear that I was recording the transaction and why, just to be sure.

Which one, selling or buying stolen goods? The cooler and the last guy seeling his PC were the only legit. Although it is farfetched to get caught the guy who buys this kind of an PC for his son as a Christmas present might face criminal charges and have the stolen parts confiscated. He only have to check this video to know that this is the case.

I will be honest with you bro. Some of those people were too sketchy to me. Especially one person with the Desktops, saying he found 20 of them on the streets. I personally wouldn't have taken that risk. That stuff could have been stolen. To me personally, That's not worth the risk. I personally would have walked away. But that's just me. I would just highly advise keeping business deals in very lighted and public areas to be safe. And if they don't want to meet in public places, then it aint worth it. Other than that. I really enjoy your content. You've really helped me get some PC Building Ideas. I myself am in the market for a new PC. I have a Dell Aurora R7 with a gtx1080 card. And I'm definitely wanna get something with a RTX 4070 super. And don't think my Dell can handle that.
