Your son looks a little older than mine but man does he look confident withat steelhead rod! My son (5 years old) is starting to figure out casting with a spinning reel but he doesn't seem to have the strength to turn the handle when there is tension on the line. Any advice?
Just keep on bringing him! Repetition is the best for sure. The strength will come in time. I started Beau at 3 or 4 but back then I was one of those little push button reels. Thank you for watching
