The Tomb Raider I-III Remastered games are finally here! These games are a faithful adaptation of the original trilogy, and their expansion packs.
I'm playing through these without commentary, showing you as much as I can remember and find. I will get all the secrets and I will aim to get all the pick-ups, but there may be a small number that I miss.

I laughed when at 12:40 she's casually waiting for that soldier to pop back up and get his third shot so she can move on to her business, still unbothered.

This level requires some awkward diagonal jumps that are so tricky. You make it look too easy lol And the mid-air turn after back jump from a climb really frustrated me. I saved after each one lol

Thank you! What you don't see are all the failed attempts where I fall down. I practice each jump so that it looks nice for the video.

It's a jump with a roll. On a ladder, you can press jump and forward and that should do the same.

At 9:24 how did u manage to dive? Mine keeps getting blocked by the fire wall

@@Spartacas87 I finally could, you have to run, then press both jump and the one to do the dive (A and X on XBox controller, or Cross and Square on PS controller) to do it, if you just jump she always hits like an invisible wall and falls to her death.

The swan dive at 9.30 is a disappointing design choice for me, because it is irrelevant and arbitrary. The game never required me to swan dive until that point, and even if it did, it never communicated to me that Lara could jump further that way. An invisible wall that you can't jump over isn't a fair game mechanic, I could have never figured that one out in a million years. If I get stuck from now on, I'm unwilling to figure it out myself, because the solution might as well be running in a circle three times. Waste of time.

I believe it was meant to be something that was an artistic design and possibly had a use in earlier versions, that they then thought best to leave out for certain reasons. The swan dive doesn't actually help with finishing the level in any place, only for achievements and for having a bit of fun.

@@Jabberminor I understand that the swan dive is non-obligatory and just an extra touch. However, at 9.30 you have to jump into the opening either with a swan dive or while pushing the grab button, if you jump normally you hit an invisible wall. I think this is a terrible design decision.
