This class with the Flock of Bird Friends has been absolutely amazing! I am a self taught artist and I have learned more in the past 2 hours than I have in the past several years watching you tubers and taking other classes! You are an amazing teacher. I enjoyed how you stop and explain everything, I mean everything! Now, so many more things make sense as to why you do certain things, especially laying down colors and then building layer by layer. Love this one !! I love doing the harder paintings bc I learn a lot of diff techniques and I feel so great when I’m able to accomplish it. Do they make gray pallet paper for the wet pallet? I would love to get some but can’t find any . It helps me with values which I am still struggling with value in color. Also if your canvas becomes really thirsty bc u added gesso bc it was a real cheap one what can u do to help that? It just seems to make the colors look little duller and chalkier .Thank you
During the area where you are using the grainer on the feathers. is that dry painting. or are you getting water without me seeing? how wet is the grainer brush?.. my lines are not making it to far.?
would a grainer be good for a beard? or better with a line brush? do you have a list of brushes and what they are good to used for when painting certain shapes or etc such as in this example ?

Thank you for letting me know - I am not sure how old the artists is so I will keep an eye on what is happening. Hopefully they self correct without anyone having to reach out. If they keep doing it I may have to do something But I hope that the gentle go with the flow will work.
