Great video Cole sorry for the loss of your hay. This video reminded me of a memory. My Dad was the first to cut hay with a swather, people came from miles to see this machine. This was in the Lost river range in Idaho.
Cole protect yourself and your family !!!!! Tiffany is giving you a gift of a lifetime , your first born child !!!!! Your focus now is to your faith , family , friends , and the farm ..
This video shows the true blessings and heartbreak of farming all in one. 🙏 Thoughts and Prayers to all you farmers who are facing the true reality of no rain with too much rain.
SPECTACULAR drone footage! A great view of the widespread flood damage. The footage of the drone following the windrower was excellent! The camera underneath the windrower produced some great views! Your footage is creative and entertaining. You're telling a great story.
Another awesome video Cole always a joy watching the content. Hope the water logged fields dry up for you to hope get more crop in. Stay blessed and once again congratulations on you become a dad. So happy for you and you wife
The drone footage happens to be some of my favorite parts of your videos. It is not only breathtaking scenery but it shows us non farmers what weather will do 😕 Congratulations to you and Tiffany on baby Sonne! I’m so excited for you both!!
Great episode, I've been wondering about the state of those waterlogged parts of the fields. Gives you high yields during the dry years and nothing during the wet years. New little Sonne pouch seems is learning to like the rides, seems to be learning short legs don't get you anywhere fast. Ellie seems to know she is more agile and likes to herd on her own. So glad to see that Tiffany and you are about to add a new Sonne to the farmstead, the wording one that onesie, I believe that's what it's called seemed perfect! Wish only the best for you and hope you keep up the Sonne tradition as you age into an older farmer, we need more like you that are willing to work the land. Brian has taught you right, keep paying attention though, I'm sure he still has more up his sleeve to let you know about. We never stop learning from our fathers and when they're gone, we wish we still had them.
You can't win...if its not drought its flooding that kills the crops but rain is still better than drought....thank you for sharing your days with us and thanks to all the farmers who continue to feed the world...cheers
That W260 is a marvel to watch! How quickly it can cut and lay down nice even rows, it just flies, it is so amazing! Especially when you were going through that super thick stuff a few weeks back.
Hi Cole and Dad Brian God bless you and your families.Thank you for sharing everything. I just enjoy watching what you both do .Love your Mom’s Hollyhock flowers they are beautiful.Sorry about the loss in your fields of alfalfa.God bless you all.
That alfalfa field needs some new water ways put in it to manage the flow of the water better. You could see the water way that was dug in that wheat field to manage the water, and it's clearly working on his land. Great video 📹 Cole. Congrats on the baby!!!
Thanks for sharing! Spent every summer around Platte where my grandpa, uncle and then cousins farmed and cousin still does. There's a unique look to SD scenery!,
Congratulations 🎊 on the next generation of farmers 👏 Please watch Sonny with the coyotes. He's a little bit small to take them on. Keep it safe out there. Best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪
Wearing long sleeves absolutely makes a lot of sense. I'm late, didn't mean to be, but, congratulations on the big news! Really enjoy the views from above while you work, nice! Thank you for the video!
Great show Cole!! Again, I really enjoyed the drone shots. It gives a really comprehensive look at what is going on there and the relative size of the job. Also let me see the amount of damage from the flooding. Looks like lotsa land out of production there. Almost looked like salt flats in Utah somewhat!! Different camera positions for the cutter were outstanding too. I really liked all of them. Still, I bet it was a pain to navigate those rows to bale all of that. Thanks again Cole, great show!! Stay safe guys,
Great video always thank you. You handling those big bales, I used to do similar job before I retired moving overseas Containers. Watching you over time I have seen how much faster you get.
Great drone footage that certainly was a bunch of damage to that field too bad! Was that the first cutting on that field or second? Looks like the pup is getting used to the four wheeler that’s pretty awesome. God bless and peace to you and your families.
Wow a lot of crop damage. Congratulations to you and Tiffany on your upcoming addition I know you are both very happy and awaiting your new family addition
Congratulations on the baby news to u & yours. I pray that all goes well. You need more than long sleeves to keep them away. My sister had West Nile a year ago & was not pretty & she is still not back to herself. All from 1 bite is what the Dr said. Live in KC so know all about the pests. Take care.
Yesss! Cathartic mowing vid! Sorry about the flooding, maybe you should go into the duck and frog business. Congrats on your mini Sonne coming! I’m so happy for you all!
I know is sad to lose that as was cost of planting. But on the bright side if you do not have to buy hay this year and have extra for next year it is a win. We are all experiencing weird weather this year. I hope number of bales makes water loss feel better.
Sorry the weather just wont cooperate. Im sure youll be fine. Congrats on the little one! Boy the drone shots sure do capture the beauty of the country yall farm.
I'm not used to seeing so much standing water, but then I don't have the bird's-eye view when I'm driving the roads up there. There was always one section that had ponding water deep enough for water fowl, but two years in a row, it was dry.
