Every developed nation on earth is directly responsible for the increase in global weather and storm strengths. Humanity could have taken action over 50 years in the 1960's when people began talking about 'Ecology' and the global impact of human activity. And yet powerful Governments like the US still procrastinate on this issue in 2022. Other countries such as Japan suffer deaths from abnormal weather as a direct result of the USA's refusal to embrace Green Technologies and power sources. Ironically, the US is also suffering with wild fires and hurricanes but still refuses to take the necessary action to save the future of humanity. A US Republican politician called Marjorie Taylor-Green said words to the effect 'you can't run air conditioning from solar power because the sun is too 'Hot' !!' 🙄🙄🙄 My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Japan, and all nations hit by the effects of Global Warming fueled by the ignorance illustrated above. Wake up America, please.

Yes, the Japanese are able to overcome to a great extent, typhoons (as well as other events), but the male news reporter made the comment that in the 1970s, only one super typhoon would happen in the Pacific Ocean each year, while these days, 4 to 5 super typhoons are cropping up the Pacific Ocean each year, showing that climate change is real, that "wild weather" is now becoming the "new norm" instead of abnormal or an aberration. Also what is of interest is that the southern portion of Japan also suffered from a 4.6 earthquake yesterday (9/19/22), while Typhoon Nanmadol is also wreaking havoc. And furthermore, in the last two days, some 25 earthquakes of magnitude 4.1 or greater has hit various places around the earth, or 40 earthquakes with a magnitude of 2.5 or higher.(USGS, 9/20/22, "past day") This harmonizes with Jesus words that the "sign" of his invisible "presence" (Greek parousia, Matt 24:3) would be marked by features such as "great earthquakes".(Luke 21:11) The western border of Mexico, S.E. of Aquila, had a 7.6 magnitude earthquake yesterday. Japan is a country with the highest variety of natural disasters in the world. They face typhoons, hurricanes, earthquakes, landslides, volcanoes and tsunami. Even the word tsunami is a Japanese word and we all use it bc no one country is plagued with these phenomenon more than Japan. They’ve faced these disasters for hundreds upon hundreds of years so it’s only natural that they would not only be familiar with rebuilding but also engineering technologies to tackle these disasters. It would be weirder if they were still ill equipped snd unable to rebuild after inhabiting those islands for so long.
