Overflow from the Wasatch Hollow Preserve flood detention basin, going down 1700 South to 1500 East and back into Emigration Creek. There were a lot more people earlier helping with sandbags. 4/12/2023 just before midnight in SLC, UT, near Westminster and Sugarhouse.

I was out there filling bags last night and the craziest water was up 17th, the whole road all the way across was a river, it was nuts

Dunno. It is the shortest route, and there are reasonably clear portions of road before and after that corner. Or there could have been an obstruction at either end of the flooding.
