The translation was automatic and probably contains errors, but it is very understandable. It's good to see Floor happy with her beautiful animals ❤️ All rights reserved to SVT.
I love when she says "I'm Floor Jansen and I'm a singer.' Talk about an understatement. It's like the 'I'm the Sun and I'm warm!" There is Floor, then everyone else. ❤
Absolutely! She is obviously a very cool chick and her sweetness shows every time she’s interviewed. Of course, she is an absolute metal Queen who commands the stage like nobody else!👏❤️
What's impressive? Swedish, German, Dutch and even English are like dialects of one common language - Germanic. It's not physics or theoretical mechanics.
There are just not enough words, or not enough languages, to explain just how wonderful she is as a human being. Her animals adore her, it's so obvious, and we love her just as much or more. It's soooo fun to see her happy and smiling. We just want the best for her and her family! Much love, Floor!!
Thanks for this That's what's so special about Floor: You have this nice, funny and almost shy woman with whom you would probably like to be friends, if she wasn't such an almost unearthly, god-like apparition on stage, but just the neighbour from next door.
Puno pozdrava princezi metala savršeno glasa želim njoj i njenoj obitelji puno radosti i sreće u životu i da ima malu princezu i njezi glas Petar hrvatska Trogir
@@raymundod5224 I'd say it sounds like a slight norwegian accent to her swedish but Bohuslän is close to Norway. Since she already know dutch and english it's very easy to learn swedish. I don't speak dutch but I can understand quite a bit when reading since I speak swedish and english.
@@Hank_E Being Dutch, I do not understand Swedish, but the way Floor speaks Swedish, it sounds fluent and easy-going. If Swedish natives claim that it is not too hard to learn, coming from a Germanic language, then I believe it immediately. I seem to remember a statement from Floor that she felt that Finnish was much harder to learn than Swedish, which seems naturally right to me, knowing that Finnish is not a Germanic language and rather related to Hungarian (very distantly). Indeed, Swedish sounds strangely familiar to the Dutch, although certainly not everything is easily understood.
Are there any Swedish people here who could tell me how good this Swedish is that she speaks? She seems to speek it very fluently - I can't wrap my head around how talented she is...
These are literally dialects descended from one common language. Except for Finnish. And even if a person speaks urdu, chinese, Turkish, swahili and Hungarian all at the same time, still nothing impressive. Most probably the person was privileged enough to live in those countries or learn them in the comfort of their homes. While the so many people are homeless throughout their lives and busy just surviving, having one to no meals a day and as a result not even speaking their own language properly due to the lack of education.
love the horses and nature my parents moved to rainforest australian farm, we had everything from cockatoos to deadly snakes perofrming belly dances on windows! horses ate a deadly plant and dies year before though :(
Overall good video. I do however have one objection... You refered to Floor as "A" metal queen. Floor is not a metal queen. Floor is "The" Metal Queen...
After Forever, bigger than Nightwish? Not so sure. Tuomas Holopainen is in composing what Floor is in singing. The very best. The fact that these two are in one band is one of those 'all planets align' things.
Bigger or not, but she would've kept her artistic freedom. She was phenomenal with her own bands, but everything she's sung since 2013 is written by other people, and I'm not much impressed by that.
it somehow feels good to know she's living the life she wants somewhere out there. I feel happy for her. But a question remains - if you feel so at home in a quiet place, with two horses, some dogs and a pine tree, what pushed you to become the international star that you are? I understand she is trying to promote the whole "duality" gig, but there must be more to it than that. One doesn't simply go from being cheered by 20 000 fans at Wacken to buying bread from the local bakery
Her (very loving) parents moved a lot when she was a child. She never had the chance to have stable friendships as a child. She is a Highly Sensitive Person (which for most people spoils their quality of life) and could not bear her mother being in pain and ill health all the time, she was never accepted in the many schools she went to because she spoke the wrong dialect of Dutch (because moved a lot and was HSP) and there you go. The recepy for someone who gets her identity from being the best in her trade in the world to wash away the pain, hurt and bruises. And thus she worked so terribly hard, so hard..... And she collapsed. But with Nightwish finally she achieved it. Why else whould she name her album "my paragon"? And she subsequently went for too long with a pregnant belly and collapsed (again). In a way she is a bit of a tragic figure that made the most of her buised youth. But I would not want to swap my whole life with her whole life. I think her good, tender, sensitive heart and her loving parents that gave her at least a loving home base (that moved to further her fathers career all the time) pulled her through. And let us not forget her husband, he adores her. That is just what she needs. If any of these factors would have been less good, she might have dropped out, went to drugs or something. I hope that answers your question.
